I’ve never seen this many disappointed teenagers leaving a Travis Scott show after ~10 minutes.

Meanwhile, I was quietly celebrating—my visuals were running across multiple LED walls, including a 30×5 m façade and two anamorphic LED columns. Built under a 1–2 day deadline, with zero prior experience in LED anamorphic setups.

Instead of fighting UVs, I designed the final visuals in ByteDance, then dialed everything in with After Effects. Less “perfect pipeline,” more “make it work and ship it.”

Not flawless—but on time, on screen, and doing its job.
